SOUL CITY
At long last I have the album completed, its taken 4.5 years! There are 13 tracks which were written and recorded while living in the Highlands and then moving to Glasgow and the songs relate to this period through the ups and downs of normality. There are many musicians playing on these tracks and there are 4 studios which have been used Thanks to Martin Stephenson and all who contributed.
WHERE TRAVELLERS GO
Where Travellers Go was recorded by Frankie Gibbon at Wild Trax studios county Durham. Frankie has worked with Alan Hull and Martin stephenson and Kathryn Wiliams and many more. The album was all written while staying in the farm in Argyll and features Frankie on Hammond and drums. Also on trombone is Rick Taylor of The Peatbog Faeries and on guitar is the brilliant Jim Hornsby.
NEW HEART
This album was recorded firstly at Riverside studio in Busby Glasgow and then at Pete Rawsons Redwood studios in Carrbridge. It is all solo acoustic except for “Show the world your love” which features Matt Harvey on Fiddle ,Frank Mcguire on percussion and Johnny Cameron on guitar.
